Raj Excerpt -- Course Study with Raj/Jesus -- 2003-01-16

READER [of ACIM]: The first corrective step in undoing the error is to know first that the conflict is an expression of fear. (T-#26/30)

RAJ: Now this applies to any conflict of any kind.  Continue...

READER [of ACIM]: Say to yourself that you must somehow have chosen not to love, or the fear could not have arisen. Then the whole process of correction becomes nothing more than a series of pragmatic steps in the larger process of accepting the Atonement as the remedy. These steps may be summarized in this way:

1. Know first that this is fear.

2. Fear arises from lack of love.

3. The only remedy for lack of love is perfect love.

4. Perfect love is the Atonement [At-One-ment]. (T-#26/30)

RAJ: And the Atonement [At-One-ment as a process of Waking up in God] is only available to you as an experience when you are willing to abandon what you are seeing as the world out there, and going within into the silence, and asking for help of God, of the Holy Spirit, of Me, of your Guide. It is one simple answer.

The biggest aspect of it is that you must be willing to set aside what seemed so all-fired important to you to be afraid of, to set aside all of the thoughts you have about it, to set aside all of the hurt feelings that you have about it, and to let your mind become still so that when you say "help" and you reach out and break the disconnection, you can hear and feel the response, the embrace, the Clarity, the Love that will infill you and re-inspire you to Love.    (C-030116/B-41) through (C-030116/R-50)

Raj Excerpt -- Course Study with Raj/Jesus -- 2003-02-06

READER [of ACIM]: I would hardly help you if I depreciated the power of your own thinking. This would be in direct opposition to the purpose of this course. It is much more helpful to remind you that you do not guard your thoughts carefully enough. You may feel that at this point it would take a miracle to enable you to do this, which is perfectly true. You are not used to miracle-minded thinking, but you can be trained to think that way. All miracle workers need that kind of training. (T-#27/31)

RAJ: Wow. This sounds pretty great, doesn't it?

RAJ READING ACIM: All miracle workers need that kind of training. (T-#27/31)

RAJ: Mmm. Let's keep our feet on the ground. You need that kind of training so that you won't suffer any more from fear. So that you might bask in, relax in, the Joy that is inherent in the Movement of Being.

When you choose not to engender fear in yourself, and you do say, "Father, what is really going on here? Help me to see What Is True so that I can move and act appropriately." When you do that, you abandon your independence, and you get back in the Flow of the Movement. And you become a miracle worker. What I mean by that is that you become an agent for change. Your Presence no longer supports the continuance of the dream for many others. It lessens it. And your Presence becomes a dynamic focus of energy that blesses and heals others.

And you know what? It's a side effect. And that's what I'm trying to get across here. This isn't about becoming miracle workers. It's about learning how not to be at odds with the Source of your Being, so that you come back into the clearer Experience of Who and What You Are, so that you are not acting on the basis of fear, and therefore, not engendering fear. And because you are not supporting the ongoingness of the dream, you spontaneously and effortlessly become that which undoes the dream. Not because you've decided to undo the dream, but because you have withdrawn participation in it, and you have joined with the Father, so that His Will is finding expression through you, and that is what is transformational.

So, you may know that as you move forward in your Awakening, you will… you will be identifiable as miracle workers. But you let everyone else give you that definition, and don't get caught up in giving it to yourself.   (C-030206/B-129) through (C-030206/R-137)

Raj Excerpt -- Book: You Are The Answer

The Fourth Dimension [time is not a dimension -- it is only NOW] is present to be perceived, experienced, and explored! The endeavors to explore three-dimensional space to its outer reaches must be replaced by the investigation and exploration of "Fourth-dimensional space," because this is the most direct and efficient means by which the perceived universe can be successfully explored.

The exploration of outer space, as mankind is presently proceeding, will not be successful because three-dimensional means are being used as the exclusive means. Since there is no way to achieve the speed of light, there will be no way to explore the full extent of the universe within a reasonable amount of time, and extreme frustration will set in. However, there is no need to go through the steps necessary to find that this is true.

Man can come to the point where movement in space is accomplished by the shifting of attention, by a movement of consciousness, rather than a movement of form. This will only be accomplished as he willingly gives up his perception of himself as the form he appears to be--which apparently exists within three-dimensional space--and begins to identify and experience himself as the Consciousness in which all experience of form, space, and time is occurring.

The movement into "Fourth-dimensional space" is a movement into your Center. It constitutes a process of Self-discovery which spontaneously and inexorably requires the allowing of a new self-image to replace the one with which you presently define yourself. It constitutes a process of accessing your greater capacity to be aware. It constitutes the movement into the experience of the infinite Nature and Actuality of your Being, in which you have the capacity to move as desired to any point within that infinity. This literally means your ability to be at any point in what you call the three-dimensional universe, without any physical process in involved. The most direct route to the Pleiades or the farthest galaxy is right through the Center of your Being.   (B-YATA/R-15) through (B-YATA/R-18)

Raj Excerpt -- RAJ NEWSLETTER Volume 2 Number 1--January 1985

RAJ: You certainly are. It is important to understand that the body is the visibility and tangibility of your Individuality.

The expression or Movement, which God is, which moves into expression as Individuality, is not a nebulous expression, nor is it invisible. It is identified and identifiable to Consciousness. In other words, it is visible and tangible to Consciousness.

The visibility and tangibility of MIND occupies what you call three-dimensional space. But the Consciousness, which is thus identified, always remains Fourth-dimensional. You can see from this that the fundamental difference between Fourth-dimensional Consciousness and three-dimensional consciousness is where one places his sense of "I-ness."

The ego says that it exists IN the world, IN the universe, IN the three-dimensional frame of reference as one of many objects or organisms. Fourth-dimensional Conscious Being Knows that It is the Consciousness or Mind IN WHICH all conscious experience takes place, including the conscious experience of form, substance, tangibility, density, weight, etc. All of those are conscious experiences.

All forms are structures of Consciousness. Your body is a structure of Consciousness, or Mind. It therefore deserves your respect and your honor. But, again, it does not exist as the visibility and tangibility of the ego. It exists as the visibility and tangibility of your Individuality. It is therefore an aspect of the direct expression of the Life-Principle and is absolutely, for lack of better words, divine.

As a structure of Consciousness, your body has an intent, as all structures do. Your body's intent is to identify You, your Individuality, perfectly. When you are not functioning from the level of the ego sense, your body, even as you now perceive it, reports back no dysfunction. When you are operating from the level of your ego structures, you are always experiencing anxiety to one degree or another, because anxiety is inherent in the ego frame of reference.   (N-0201/R-35) through (N-0201/R-40)
